In our kitchen using only Sicilian products that do not need many presentations: the plum of Scicli and Ragusa mozzarella, capers of Salina, Trapani salt, oil and organic flour produced by one of the oldest water mills existing in our area.
About the property
A comfortable and friendly environment in which alternate with tables and sofas, with the goal of wanting to create an intimate atmosphere, that makes guests feel right at home.
